Dale Corman, B.Sc., P.Eng.

Chairman & CEO, Director

From 1995 to 2006, Mr. Corman was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Western Silver Corporation before spinning out Western Copper Corporation. He has 30 years experience as a senior corporate officer of publicly listed companies in Canada and the United States, as well as extensive expertise in mineral and geothermal exploration and development, property evaluation and acquisition, project financing, and corporate management. Mr. Corman received a B.S. in geology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, in 1961 and obtained Professional Engineer status in Ontario in 1972.

Paul West-Sells

President & COO

Dr. West-Sells has 20 years' experience in the mining industry. After obtaining his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in Metallurgical Engineering, he worked with BHP, Placer Dome, and Barrick in increasingly senior roles in Research and Development and Project Development. For the past 5 years Dr. West-Sells has worked for Western Copper, holding a number of technical and executive positions. Currently, as the President and COO of Western Copper and Gold, Dr. West-Sells oversees the day to day operations of the company.

Julien François

CFO & VP, Finance

Mr. François is a Chartered Accountant. He spent five years working at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, focused on mining and high tech clients. Mr. François has been the CFO of Western Copper & Gold Corporation since 2006 and previous to this was Controller for Western Silver Corporation. Mr. François is responsible for coordination of all financial operations of Western Copper & Gold in conjunction with the CEO and with outside accounting, tax and auditing firms.

Cameron Brown

VP Engineering

Mr. Brown has over 40 years experience in mineral processing. He is responsible for plant maintenance, project management and engineering of major base and precious metal projects. Mr. Brown formerly held the role of Project Manager for Bechtel Engineering and Western Silver Corporation.

Jack McClintock, MBA, P.Eng.

Consulting Geologist

Mr. McClintock has over 35 years' experience in exploration and acquisitions of gold and base mineral deposits. Formerly held the position of Global Exploration Manager with BHP Billiton and currently also serves as President of Savant Explorations Inc.
